New Double LP of MT’s ”A Free Peace of Sky/Sky Piece” on vinyl 150g, 2xLP, speeds : 45rpm and 33 1/3 rpm, release date : late 2021, early 2022, (abstractLP04) August 8, 2021

With the help from CNM National Center and the French Society of Rights we’ve been since fifteen years now we expect our first grant for Auto-produced releases and this one had been recorded inbetween the recording of ”The End of Time” abstractLP03/abstractCD008, and has been dig up in various mixes and various sequence to fit the lenght of a LP recording side. Some tracks that appear on the vynil version are not entirely the same as they come up in the CD version when it was CD/Digitally release, offering us the surprise that ”Sky Piece” had been downloaded more than 1 800 digital copies per side, so more then 3 600 digital copies, only for this recording. It will be too bad if we don’t release this audio recording, where MT plays electric guitars, effects and live electronics, live field recording and electronics on this recording, so it would have been too bad to do not release the LP versions, so much downloaded for free, to physical miracle sound surface, but at first the audio mastertapes needs to be professionaly mastered, that’s why we get in touch with Chicago Mastering Services for their wonderful work, patience and professionalism, so we sent our original audio mastertapes mixes throught internet to CMS for having as Mastering engineer Bob Weston, who undoubtely will bring some more nice sounding to those records. After quotes had been made including unattended session plus transfer to laquers to be shipped in a record factory like MPO,FR or RTI,US or M’Comm,FR to be cutted from the laquers made at Chicago. Side A 45 rpm, Side B 33rpm, Side C 45rpm and Side D 33 1/3rpm. Because MT wanted to stick each first side of the two recordings ”Free Peace of Sky” & ”Sky Piece” together and so the B-sides. ”A Free Peace of Sky” with side timings like 10 or 13 minutes could be mastered and pressed in 45rpm & ”Sky Piece” whose side timings are more about 15 minutes per side will play nicely on 33 1/3rpm. So the tracklisting will includes all A-sides on one record and the B-sides on another vinyl LP recording.

The artwork for this double gatefold release will be made by mat with his past passion for Photoshop coming again, just to ’arrange’ the colors, saturate, balance the colors, tint, contrast, exposure, false reflections and filters, nonetheless the color artwork selected for the double Long Playing Phonograph album is neat and might also includes the original front-cover pictures of flowers in macrophotography. About the releasing schedule it has been postponed year 2019/MMXIX because we don’t get the grant because the administrative dossier to complete was confusing, and even the Society of Right didn’t understand which project we wanted to release. We asked a grant for abstractLP03 and receive a letter saying they didn t give us the autoproduced album grant for abstractLP04 (It s maybe the additional PDF of more then twenty pages, explaining the artist’s view lenghtly throught that got us screwed, this time we’ll keep it brief, a problem I had when I write (and that’s another post but two Mat’s autobiographic books will and have come up this and past year, one as a epistolary book during the second confinement and the second is a pro LGBT gay romantic porn poetry, nothing to see with the Haikus already written so peace and all, no this is also a autobiographic book about homosexuality, with a voluntary lenghty introduction about how injuriously and with harms those people are treated so the ’poetry’ is a way to draw relationship detailed scenes with anonymous but in rhymes to make it like more respectable because heterosexual don’t have the monopoly of love stories, and acceptable sexuality to have in socuety, if you take one of the 3 definitions imprinted today, being gay is like being discusting, pervert, ultra-hot, it is often described in a offensive way about gay people, that s why 1€ per book is going to Aides and another buck to Amnesty International, for those who can’t be and are treated in their countries like if it was a sickness or deasease including shock therapy treatment, neuroleptics, conversion therapy and so forth, so I think thus us not a worthless effort even if I tell intimate anonymous stories about relationships that changed my life here today at 40 y.o.) )

To finish with this news about releasing ”A Free Peace of Sky” / ”Sky Piece” as a double vinyl album, the production has already been postponed, because it ain’t a cheap project, mastering fees are cool, knowing Bob Weston is a great audio mastering engineer, period. And that he gets what I want to do, the sound I want to have with these releases, recorded alone just before temporary disparition of Abstract Soundscapes Studios A, with mat on guitar, live electronics, live field recording (to perform freely some if Yoko Ono’s pieces included in her book Grapefruit, like ”Cigarette Piece” , ”Circle Event” and ”Sky Performance”) Here is the original CD front cover of these albums

So we hope everything will work out this year, to get in touch with what the state said about their engagements in culture and the money they will inject in new production is pretty hard. I might once again wrote a lengthy letter to Culture/communication to have a share, as small indue artist, to release a cost-effective nice, warmly produced and performed album.
